- Clearance of a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
- Willingness and ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation (nights and weekends)

As an Ice/Install Technician, the successful candidate will work independently to service AERE’s ice machine equipment in our accounts, and work as a team with our install crew to deliver and install foodservice equipment. AERE will provide extensive training on its ice machine rental/service program. Upon completion of training, you will become a trusted advisor to AERE’s customers by consistently maintaining and preventing equipment failure in each customer’s restaurant. |
Responsibilities include: |
The successful candidate will be that unique individual who has a high level of mechanical and diagnostic ability and strong customer service skills. The job responsibilities include loading, unloading (e.g. kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach and lift and carry up to 120lbs), transporting, installing, and repairing AERE’s leased equipment in restaurants and other commercial foodservice establishments. The majority of your work day will be in the field, so you must be self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision. |
