  • Install the provided dividers and create a section solution to different fried foods. Each CNH28 us capable of holidng a capacity of 1780 cubic inches of freshly fried foods. Our CNH comes with a integrated bottom mounted pan helping keep the excess oil from the food allowing for longer hold times without sacrificing quality. Constructed from the inside out of 20 gauge stainless ensuring a durable long life. The max temperature of the CNH28 is 190°F and is able to reach this temperature within 10 minutes. The standard electrical is 208 volt single phase 2890 watts 13.9 amps with a heavy duty power cord with a NEMA configuration of 5-20P. Concerned about its holding capability the CNH series is fully insulated with 1″ thick continous wrap around insulation along bottom and sides. It helps hold the heat in where its needed. The CNH28 measures 20.75″H x 29″D x 28.125″W. The CNH28 comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
