  • CNH14 Crisp N Hold Fried Food Station 2 Sections – 120V 1PH Install the provided divider and create a 2 section solution to different fried foods. Each CNH14 us capable of holidng a capacity of 837 cubic inches of freshly fried foods. Our CNH comes with a integrated bottom mounted pan helping keep the excess oil from the food allowing for longer hold times without sacrificing quality. Constructed from the inside out of 20 gauge stainless ensuring a durable long life. The max temperature of the CNH14 is 190°F and is able to reach this temperature within 10 minutes. The standard electrical is 120 volt single phase 1820 watts with a heavy duty power cord with a NEMA configuration of 5-20P. Concerned about its holding capability the CNH series is fully insulated with 1″ thick continous wrap around insulation along bottom and sides. It helps hold the heat in where its needed. The CNH14 measures 17.75″H x 29″D x 14.25″W. The CNH14 comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
