The unit features six drawers, with upper and lower pull-out drawers that can accommodate 6″ deep pans. The stainless steel top comes with an opening for 24 1/6 size pans, and the included 10″ polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient workspace. The stainless steel exterior, along with the galvanized steel back and bottom, ensures durability and easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, keeps your ingredients fresh and at the perfect temperature.
