So that you may purchase our used equipment with a peace of mind and assurance that you are acquiring quality equipment, AERE extends a parts and labor warranty for 30 days from date of purchase. Should a unit fail to operate properly during the warranty period, please notify AERE of the issue and, at our discretion, we will: - Repair the item using one of our preferred providers.
- Replace the item if we have a similar unit in stock.
- Refund the purchase price.
Except as specifically stated herein, AERE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, product, or productivity as a result of failed equipment.
